Program Description

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, NGC Sheetmetal may send you text messages related to:

• Estimate and appointment scheduling, confirmations, and updates
• Follow-ups regarding your project or service request
• Missed-call text-back responses
• Service reminders and notifications
• Requests for feedback or reviews
• (Only if you separately consent) promotional messages about special offers and service updates

How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages by submitting your mobile number through a form on our website, by texting us, or by giving us your number and verbal or written consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Marketing messages are sent only if you separately opt in to marketing.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, in response to your requests, appointments, and service activity).

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges will apply to any messages you send or receive. NGC Sheetmetal does not charge for the messages, but your carrier may.

Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in/consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except aggregators and providers of the text messaging services, and only to deliver the messages you requested.
